1. Fan Project Status
DigiDuel Arena is an independent fan-made simulator. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Bandai, Toei Animation, Discord, or any official Digimon rights holder. All card names, artwork, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Acceptable Use
- Use the service for lawful personal, community, testing, and tournament purposes.
- Do not abuse, disrupt, attack, scrape, or overload the service.
- Do not impersonate other users or attempt to bypass room, match, tournament, or administrator controls.
- Do not enter private, sensitive, illegal, hateful, harassing, or harmful content into names, room labels, deck labels, or other user-controlled fields.
3. Discord Login
Discord login is used to identify players and administrators. If you connect Discord, your Discord user ID and display name may be used for account identity, ranked play, tournament administration, and moderation. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure.
4. Gameplay and Tournaments
DigiDuel Arena is provided for casual and community use. Game state, match results, ranked ratings, tournament records, and administrative decisions may be corrected, reset, or removed when needed to handle bugs, abuse, data loss, or maintenance.
5. No Warranty
DigiDuel Arena is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect rules coverage, bug-free gameplay, permanent data storage, or suitability for official competitive use.
6. Changes and Access
We may update features, rules handling, access controls, these terms, or the service itself at any time. We may restrict or remove access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
